Abstract

This study examines the relationships between financial literacy, financial inclusion, local wisdom-based investment decisions, and financial well-being among MSMEs in Gorontalo. Using a quantitative explanatory approach, data were collected from 342 MSMEs in leading sectors in Gorontalo City. The findings indicate that financial literacy enhances both the quality of investment decisions and financial well-being. Financial inclusion expands access and encourages participation, but does not directly improve well-being unless it is effectively utilized. Local wisdom-based investment decisions play a crucial role in transforming knowledge and access into tangible financial outcomes. Overall, financial well-being depends on individuals’ ability to make informed and contextually grounded financial decisions.
