The foster care that is implemented by parents is important in educating children, which is a description of the attitudes and behavior of parents in child development so that the child can grow and develop optimally. The development of the child is in accordance with the stage of his development because it is influenced by several factors, including stimulation and parenting style. Every child is a unique individual because of different innate factors and environment, so the achievement of children's developmental abilities is also different. The attitude of good parents shows the attitude of considering the hopes and opinions of children together when making decisions, giving awards to children for their good attitudes, appreciating children's achievements in school, expecting their children to be independent at the right age, supporting constructive and responsible attitudes, communicating rules clearly and directly, so that parents who use good parenting will produce children with good development.
2020-08-30T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2020 Interdisciplinary Journal Papier Human Review http://igsspublication.com/index.php/ijphr/article/view/4 Muslim personality: Study of the Concept of Personality Structure and Psychological Struggles 2020-09-10T18:05:52+07:00 Haseeb Mabrur muhlis.madanium@gmail.com
This article discusses Muslim personality from the aspects of Personality Structure and Psychological Struggles. In Islam the Muslim personality is synonymous with Islamic morals, it is a harmonious blend of the system of the heart, reason, and lust that causes behavior and is a characteristic of Muslims. Because of that, the characteristic of a Muslim personality is that he always keeps his heart to obey Allah so that he always gets his light and keeps away from all his prohibitions which are human excrement. While lust consists of lust, anger, and muthmainah. All of these are the structures of Islamic personality, which if the system works well all will form the personality of a Kamil or a complete human being who is calm, always does good, tawakkal, and avoids despicable traits.
2020-08-30T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2020 Interdisciplinary Journal Papier Human Review http://igsspublication.com/index.php/ijphr/article/view/5 Frontline Employee Organizational Behavior based on street level bureaucracy reviews 2020-09-10T18:08:59+07:00 Marianus Dabingaya muhlis.madanium@gmail.com
This article discusses organizational behavior is the result of interactions between individuals in an organization. The reality of public administration in a 'street level' bureaucracy is that it cannot operate hierarchically because the agency has to rely on street-level bureaucrats to provide services. The orientation of street level bureaucracy towards regulations and procedures is very high and makes it a barometer of service which results in low ability of street level bureaucracy to respond to changes, lack of initiative and development of creativity in controlling change so that routine is considered something normal. Understanding human behavior is a difficult thing because every human being as an individual has different behavior. Street-level bureaucrats have so much discretion that the problem is found in a lack of accountability either to the wider community, to management, or to clients.
2020-08-30T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2020 Interdisciplinary Journal Papier Human Review
